I was almost sorry that Rena was so efficient! I have always struggled to find cool petite glasses. She had an excellent selection and her ability to guide me through what I liked and what actually suited me was a joy! Her one-on-one service is complimented by the fact that she knows her products so well and takes the time to explain how or why a certain pair might be more suitable for my face. Rena is both passionate and highly skilled at what she does. 5 Stars for convenience - from online appointment booking to the quick and easy appointments, Just 4 Eyes makes a daunting shopping experience for new glasses not only stress-free but also so much fun! Customer service is what this business is built on. This visit, I had to reschedule my appointment last minute three times due to illness and each time I called, I was treated with empathy and care. I absolutely love the concept of this clinic! Rena, the optician is very knowledgable, knows what is in vogue and assisted me in choosing a fantastic, funky frame! I scheduled a one on one, personalized appointment with Rena to discuss the style of frame that I was interested in and my current vision needs. I purchased progressive lenses for the first time, after struggling with bifocals which I had bought online. I was amazed at how quickly I adjusted to my new progressive lenses! After only one hour of wear, I felt that I had fully adjusted and wished that I had made the transition to progressives years earlier.
